8 Things To Add To Your Wedding Registry!

Creating your wedding registry is one of the most fun aspects of wedding planning and also one of the most stressful! Who knew picking out towels or dishes could be such a hard decision?? I am quite possibly the most indecisive person ever, so deciding what wine glasses to add or what dinnerware we wanted was probably the toughest wedding decision out of them all. 😅 Luckily, WeddingWire has tons of amazing articles that go over registry etiquette (yes that's a thing!), how to create a registry, what to add, and much more! So when you are first beginning to start your registry, I would recommend heading to WeddingWire and skimming their various articles to help give you an idea of what you'll want to add and what not! You can also create your registry directly on WeddingWire's website which is super convenient!

So now that you have your wedding registry host site picked out, it's time to start adding things! Chris and I decided to register at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, and Pottery Barn. We registered for a few things at Macy's, but quickly realized that Amazon offered the same exact things, plus more, and at a better price! So if you are considering Macy's, I would register with Amazon instead. I would also see if you have a Crate & Barrel store near by you before registering there. We don't have one near by unfortunately and inevitably, you are going to receive things that you may want to return. Unfortunately, Crate & Barrel doesn't have free online returns so it's kinda expensive to return items. So! If you don't have a Crate & Barrel near you, I would consider registering at a place similar like Williams Sonoma or Pottery Barn (if you have one of those alternatives near by).

Now onto the fun stuff! We have received so many absolutely amazing items from our registry so it is definitely hard to narrow it down to 10 must have's, but to help you guys out, here are the things I would for sure add to your registry!

8 Things To Add To Your Wedding Registry

Dyson Cordless Vacuum - let's just say that own floors have never been cleaner. plus it actually makes cleaning super fun!

InstaPot - need to make a baked potato real quick? InstaPot. Rice last minute? InstaPot. Basically, this thing is magical and ya need it.

Everyday Glassware - we received the ones I linked and are in love!! Plus we've had several people compliment them (:

Reidel Wine Glasses - if you are a wine lover, these are the best wine glasses ever. We have these as well as the stemless version

Dinnerware - I linked the set we received, they are so beautiful and fit comfortably in your hand. You will definitely want to add a nice dinnerware set to your registry (:

Cookware Set (Pots and Pans) - I linked the exact version that we added to our registry! They have a lifetime warranty and are induction capable.

A Honeymoon Fund - We added a honeymoon fund option to our registry that allows our guests to contribute to our honeymoon!

Roomba - ahhhh, I was so so excited about this one. If you're considering adding a Roomba, do it! you'll be obsessed.

This is definitely just a place to start, as there are so so many other things you'll want to add to your registry! But, to help make things go smoother, I would start by making a list of things you'll need for your home on a piece of paper and then going down your list and adding the items to your online registry! While doing this, you'll want to check out WeddingWire's article, "10 Wedding Registry Gifts You'll Forget To Register For", to make sure you've covered everything! This is what we did and it made it a lot quicker and more organized! (:

I hope this helps you all out! And if you're not making a registry, the above items listed are also just really great to have in general! As always, let me know if you have any questions or need any advice/recommendations! (: xo Heather
